The Son of Bigfoot is a French computer animated film that was released this year in July. The film is directed by Ben Stasson and Jeremy Degruson. Belgian 3D animation house nWave Pictures was the production company for this light hearted, commercial-minded children’s feature.

Coco is an upcoming computer animation film scheduled to release in October this year. The film is a comedy musical based off of the ‘Day of the dead’ holiday celebrated in Mexico.
Produced by Pixar, and directed by Lee Unkrich and Adrian Molina, the studio began work on Coco in 2016.
12-year-old Miguel is an aspiring musician who steals his great great grandfather’s guitar – the legendary Ernesto De La Cruz because music is banned in his shoemaker family.

Resident Evil: Vendetta released this year in May and is set in the same universe as the rest of the Resident Evil franchise. It is a 3D computer animated action- adventure -horror film. This is the third CG animated movie following Resident Evil: Degeneration. The movie is produced by Marza Animation Planet and is directed by Takanori Tsujimoto.
Voice actor Matthew Mercer returns as Leon S. Kennedy. Other cast members include Kevin Dorman and Erin Cahill who play Chris Redfield and Rebecca Chambers.

The Star is an upcoming Christian 3D animated comedy scheduled to release in November this year. The film is directed by Timothy Reckart and is based on the Nativity of Jesus. The movie stars the voices of Steven Yuen, Kelly Clarkson, Gina Rodriguez, Oprah Winfrey and Tracy Morgan to name a few.

Pixar film Cars 3, is the third instalment to the famed franchise. Released in 2017, the film is a 3D animated sports action comedy starring actors from the first two films like Owen Wilson, Bonnie Hunt and Cheech Marin while Nathan Fillion, Kerry Washington and Lea DeLaria voiced the new characters.
