Surf’s Up 2

surf’s up 2Released early in January this year, Surf’s Up 2: WaveMania is a 3D animated comedy film, and is a sequel to ‘Surf’s Up’ , 2007. The film is produced by WWE Studios and Sony Pictures. The film boasts a cast that includes some of WWE’s renowned wrestlers. Some of the main voice cast members include Jeremy Shada, Melissa Sturm, John Cena, Undertaker, Triple H and Paige.

The movie picks up from where it’s prequel ended. Cody is still devastated that he had to give up his championship title, and is now spending time teaching surfing. Cody gets the chance of a lifetime to prove his worth when Hang 5, the most popular surfing team in the world (voiced by WWE wrestlers) invite the Pen Gu gang to surf ‘the trenches’.

The movie contains quite a few choreographed surfing stunts, sure to impress its audience. The storyline is quite light hearted and includes a lot of goofy comedy, almost like a cartoon. It is definitely a family feature and can be enjoyed by people of all age groups.
