Baahubali 2- The Conclusion

bahubali 2 Baahubali 2- The Conclusion was released on 28th April 2017 and is the sequel to Baahubali – The Beginning.

The story revolves around the theme of sibling rivalry in the royal empire, the fight for the throne and loyalty of the servant. Sivagami (the queen of Mahishmati) has two sons Bhallaladeva and Amarendra Baahubali. Amarendra as a child was bereft of his parents and Bhallaladeva is Sivagami’s own son but the fascinating fact is, she wants to ordain Baahubali as the king of the Mahishmati kingdom; considering him exemplary for the throne. Bhalla is exasperated due to this and even plotted with his father to do away with Baahubali. So, they throw Kattappa and the Sivagami as a dice in their game, to win the situation.

Baahubali 2-The conclusion has a lot of VFX effects enclosed. Nearly 2500 VFX shots have been done for the film. Every scene was pre-visualised prior to the shoot. Some of the main scenes included the Vast Mahishmati kingdom spilling the dash of royalty, Devasena’s statue chained in the initial glimpses of film, Mahendra Baahubali sliding through the giant wooden plank, huge duck shaped ship rowing through cloudy and ferocious sea in the song Devasena and the fire in the scene when Kattapa killed Baahubali.

Exceptional graphics was the result of 3D modelling and Chroma screen. Initially, sketches were designed, then characters were 3D modelled in realistic way. Most of the scenes in the film were shot using green screens, while backgrounds were completely Computer Generated.
